We Tie the Knot agrees to use its best endeavours to deliver design samples by the agreed timeframe. The Client should be aware that failure to submit any required information or materials may cause subsequent delays in completion. The client shall be required to sign off all proofs (design and copy) prior to completion and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that such proofs are in an acceptable form.
Any work the Client wishes We Tie the Knot to undertake, which is not specified in the initial description of work, will be considered an additional service. Such work shall require a separate agreement and payment separate from and above that specified in this agreement.
The Client shall pay We Tie the Knot upfront using paypal, a bank transfer, or a cheque written to We Tie the Knot.
All design work undertaken is not refundable. Printing (after the proof has been signed off) is also not refundable.
A full refund will be given on non-personalised samples, including return postage costs, (the postage costs will be calculated using Royal Mail prices) if the customer is not happy with the quality of the non-personalised sample. The refund will be paid within 30 days.
We Tie the Knot reserves the right to assign other designers or subcontractors to the work to ensure quality and on-time completion.
We Tie the Knot shall retain all intellectual property rights in finished work, designs, sketches and preliminary materials.
Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other of such termination. In the event that work is postponed or terminated at the request of the Client, We Tie the Knot shall have the right to bill the client for all work carried out up to the date of receipt of written notice. If additional payment is due, this shall be payable within thirty days of the Client's written notification to stop work. In the event of termination, the Client shall also pay any expenses incurred by We Tie the Knot.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
